Two Months

It is funny that this is the first picture in the post because her face says, please mama no more pictures! And it was the last one I took that night!
Precious little fingers.
When she gets floor time, she gets so excited and practically dances around! It is so cute to watch.
Her eyes are an enigmatic hue. I still can't decide whether they have settled or not. In some light they look indigo, in others deep forest green, and sometimes they look like melted chocolate chips.
Excuse the hangnail, I just loved how sweet and cuddled up she was in the sling. I love carrying her so close.
Every day she is a little smilier and more talkative. She loves to coo and gurgle and smile whether she is on the floor, in her chair, in the boppy, or in your arms. She is happy 90% of the time or more and adores any and all attention she gets.
Even though she still has a bit of a runny nose in this picture, I thought her expression was priceless.
She loves her pacifier, but has recently started trying to find her thumb!
In this picture she is cuddled up in a blanket my grandmother crochetted for her and wearing a jumper that my Oma knit for me when I was a baby. It had my nickname embroidered on it, but somehow that just didn't feel right for Beatrice.
I love these little slipper shoes. How much girlier can you get? Such sweet feet.

When she is laying on hard surface like the floor, she can almost role onto her tummy! She gets on to her side though and gets stuck on her arm.
Of course I had to take pictures of her with her puppy.

I can't believe that 2 months ago on Friday, our sweet Bea arrived. She is such a treasure and truly lives up to her name which means blessed and bringer of joy. She is becoming more and more of her own little person. While she and her brother are definitely siblings, the past couple of weeks Beatrice has developed more of her own personality and appearance.

Where did you get Bea's cute little shoes? I would love a boy version!
